Refund policy
In order to better serve our customers, our return policy will be changing and orders placed on or after October 15, 2023 will be subject to the new policy:
Return for a Refund:
Postmarked within 14 days from order fulfillment date for a refund or store credit.
- Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment. Please Note: if an order is placed with a gift card to fully or partially pay, the refund will go back on the gift card first.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Items held past the 14 days will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- When returning an item, please fill out the questionnaire, so we can better serve you in the future!
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant and make-up free.
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please let us know on your return slip.
- Shoes must be shipped back in their original box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.
Final Sale:
FINAL SALE items will not be accepted for return. Final Sale items include:
- Intimates, face masks, and jewelry
- Hats, Caps and Beanies
- Any Item marked 'On Sale'
- Gift Cards
